We Are Hiring: Sales Executive (Shipping & Logistics) Smart Shipping Company, one of the fastest-growing shipping and freight forwarding companies in Kuwait, is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team and add immediate value to our operations. Key Requirements: * Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven outdoor sales experience specifically within the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry in Kuwait. * Driving License: Must possess a valid Kuwait driving license. * Residency Status: Based in Kuwait with a transferable Article 18 visa (Ahli). * Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong local market network. Core Responsibilities: * Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base. * Maintain and add value to existing customer accounts through excellent service levels. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue targets. * Monitor market trends to identify new streams of potential revenue.
